Meeting the federal guidelines for discharge permits requires mapping of all storm water infrastructure.  GIS/GPS mapping technology provides a very cost effective method of meeting the federal guidelines and calculating the total discharge information required obtaining a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
